Step 4 — When You're Ready for More
When You're Ready for More
Do this after your first full week of real work in Zoho
By the time you reach this step, the basics should feel comfortable. You’ve been logging in every day, adding real records, and using Zoho as part of your actual job. Now you can deepen your skills without it feeling overwhelming.
Zoho CRM Full Training Masterclass
(1 hr 50 min)Watch for:
- • How to build personal views — custom filters that show you exactly the deals you care about, sorted the way you want
- • Advanced reporting — how to pull specific numbers out of the system for weekly reports or management reviews
- • Email integration — how to connect your email so that sent emails automatically appear in the right customer record
- • Conversion mapping — understanding how information carries over when you convert a lead, and how to make sure nothing gets lost
Open Zoho CRM and work through these — don’t just read them:
-
Create a custom list view in Deals that shows only deals in the Proposal Sent stage, sorted by deal value (highest first). Save it with the name ‘Proposals Awaiting Response’. This will become one of your most-used views.
-
Run a simple report: Deals by Stage. What is TyMed’s total current pipeline value? What stage has the most deals sitting in it? This is the number you’d share in a Friday check-in with management.
-
Look at the email settings in your profile. See whether you can connect your work email. If you’re not sure how, ask Eviano — this is a one-time setup that saves time every day afterwards.
