When You're Ready for More

Do this after your first full week of real work in Zoho

Now Try It Yourself

Open Zoho CRM and work through these — don’t just read them:

  1. Run a simple report: Deals by Stage. What is TyMed’s total current pipeline value? What stage has the most deals sitting in it? This is the number you’d share in a Friday check-in with management.

  2. Open the sales funnel view. Look at how deals flow from one stage to the next. Where are deals dropping off? Which stage has the most deals sitting in it? This is how you spot bottlenecks before they become problems.

  3. Create a custom list view in Deals that shows only deals in the Proposal Sent stage, sorted by deal value (highest first). Save it with the name ‘Proposals Awaiting Response’. This will become one of your most-used views.
